Refund Policy for IDCTS.com

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as received, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. International returns may take longer depending on your location.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, supplements, binders).

Custom products (e.g., services or digital items).

Personal care goods (e.g., non-toxic beauty products).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items or gift cards.

Services, Coaching, and Training — No Refunds After Delivery

Once a service is provided—such as consultations, remote coaching, live/virtual sessions, Detoxinician™ training, or assessments—all fees are non-refundable. This includes:

Dissatisfaction with outcomes (e.g., detox process results), which does not constitute a service defect.

Any portion of a multi-session service delivered, rendering the entire service non-refundable.

Deposits, application fees, or scheduling fees, which are non-refundable once booked unless we cancel the service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling (Services)

To cancel or reschedule a booked service, notify us at [email protected] at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit fees at our discretion. If we cancel a service, you’ll receive a full refund for the affected service fee.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item following the return process. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item to ensure the fastest resolution.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate.

Note: The “no refunds for services” policy applies once a service begins with your express consent during

the cooling-off period.

Refunds (for Eligible Merchandise)

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected to confirm if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that bank or credit card processing times may vary.

Restrictions

Consumable and digital purchases are non-returnable.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, except for defective or damaged items.

All sales are final on discounted items.

For defective or damaged products otherwise ineligible for return, contact us at [email protected] to arrange a refund or exchange.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For expensive items, consider using trackable shipping or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback may delay resolution. Please contact us first at [email protected] to resolve any issues efficiently.

Your Rights

This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights under applicable local laws. Where local law provides additional protections, those will apply.

Compliance Notes

EU Withdrawal Period: EU distance-selling rules provide a 14-day withdrawal period for goods (with service exceptions when started with consent). See European Commission: Right of withdrawal.

California Consumers: Refund policies are clearly displayed at checkout per California Civil Code §1723.
